Tahsildar sought security fearing threat to life: Kin
Hyderabad: During the investigation in Abdullapurmet Tahsildar P Vijaya Reddy's murder case, shocking facts are coming into light.
According to Venkatreddy (uncle of Vijaya Reddy), she recently urged for a security in Rangareddy Collector's office by suspecting threat from others.
Earlier also, she had arguments with others many times. He said she used to work hard and strictly followed rules and regulations.
Vijaya worked as a government teacher earlier and after performing well in Group-II in 2009, she worked at several places and joined as first Tahsildar of Abdullapurmet zone after its formation.
Last year, she bagged Best Tahsildar Award. She was a native of Kalvalapalli in Munugodu mandal in Nalgonda.
The deceased is survived with her husband, a daughter (10) and a son (5). Her husband Subhash Reddy is working as a degree college lecturer in Hayathanagar.
After completing the postmortem at Osmania General Hospital mortuary, her body was handed over to the family members. They shifted her body to Green Hills Colony in Kothapet.
