Teachers assn vows to back PRTU candidates

Hyderabad: The Telangana Area Teachers' Association on Monday announced its support to PRTU candidates Pula Ravinder Reddy (Nalgonda, Warangal & Khammam district constituency) and Sarvotham Reddy (Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad constituency) in the State Legislative Council elections slated for March 22.

This was disclosed at a press meet by MLC Katipalli Janardhan Reddy. He stated that the candidates, who are sitting members, had solved several problems of teachers by taking them to the government's notice. The two candidates would also strive to solve any teachers' pending issue.
