Teachers MLC electionpasses of peacefully

Kothagudem: The polling of Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Teachers MLC constituency passed off peacefully in Kothagudem district on Friday.

The overall percentage of polled votes was 89.25 in Bhadradri-Kothagudem.

By 10 am only 24 per cent polling was registered while at 12 noon the percentage of polled votes was 55 at Kothagudem.

District Collector Rajat Kumar Saini inspected a polling station at Kothagudem and monitored the polling process.

He interacted with the polling staff and gave necessary instructions for smooth conduct of polls.

Bhadrachalam Sub-Collector Bavesh Mishra and RDO Kothagudem Swarna Latha monitored the elections process in the district.

Similarly, DSP SM Ali inspected Ramachandra Degree College polling centre.

The ballot boxes were shifted to Nalgonda for counting of votes.
