Telangana: 30 officials suspended for refraining from election duties in Nalgonda

Around 30 officials were suspended for refraining from poll duties in the first phase of ZPTC and MPTC elections here at Nalgonda and an order pertaining to it has been passed by the district collector Gaurav Uppal on Wednesday.

Besides suspending the officials, show cause notices were also issued to 86 employees for being absent to the duty without permission.

After passing the orders, the district collector asked the employees to attend election duties in the second and third phase of the elections which will be held in Miryalaguda and Nalgonda.
