Telangana: Amit Shah Steps In As GHMC Election Fever Intensifies

GHMC Election 2020: Political heat reached a climax in Greater Hyderabad. The rivalry between the ruling TRS and the BJP is fueling campaign hype. The BJP came into the race in a greater contest, pushing the main opposition Congress back. The TRS party is also leaving no stone unturned in its election campaign. Even the BJP partyis also campaigning all over the Hyderabad. Leaders from all over the state are mobilizing and ramping up in all the areas of Hyderabad. TRS Working President KTR from the ruling party is campaigning all over the city and also attracting the voters by spreading the TRS welfare schemes. Earlier, CM KCR also given sops to the Hyderabad citizens ahead of GHMC elections releasing manifesto.

The ruling party in the Central Government BJP is also putting top leaders into the campaigning and proved that they are no less than TRS. Already, state level leaders, including state president Bandi Sanjay,DK Aruna and Raghunandan Rao even Union minister Kishan Reddy, have flocked to Hyderabad. The campaign is in full swing as polling dateis nearing. The BJP party, which is targeting the GHMC Mayor seat, is attracting voters accordingly. Part of this is bringing leaders from the national level into the field. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, JP Nadda and other leaders will be participating in the GHMC election campaign shortly. The schedule for the visit of the top leaders will be released on Tuesday. Bhupendra Yadav, who led the NDA to victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, is already giving directions to the state leaders.

BJP Also Aims On Assembly Elections

The BJP is looking forward to this election in the run-up to the Telangana Assembly elections which will turn upin the next three years. Thus, the party is thinking to create a stronger impact with the GHMC elections. As part of this, it is also bringing top leaders into the field. Dubaka's victory has raised confidence in the BJP leaders, thus they are planning to win these GHMC elections too. Polling will be held on 1st December in the Greater GHMC, which has 150 divisions. The results will be revealed on the 4th December, 2020.
