Appreciable fall in night temperatures

Hyderabad: With mainly low-level North-Easterlies prevailing over the State, there was an appreciable fall in the night temperatures ranging from -2.1 to -4 degrees Celsius at one or two places during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Sunday, according to the IMD bulletin.

They were below normal by -1.6 to -3 deg C in some parts of Telangana. They were appreciably below normal ranging from -3.1 to -5 degrees C in some other parts. The lowest minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius was recorded in Adilabad. Hyderabad registered 12.6 degrees, the lowest so far in the season. Dundigal also had 12.6.

The bulletin said the night temperature on December 7 and 8 would be 13 degrees Celsius, while on the next four days it would be 14 degrees Celsius.

partly cloudy sky haze is the outlook. The other minimum temperatures recorded elsewhere in the State were: Medak 11.8, Hanamkonda 14, Hakimpet 14.2, Nizamabad 14.5, Bhadrachalam 14.6, Ramagundam 14.8. Nalgonda 17.4, Khammam 17.6, Mahbubnagar 18.1.
