 Appreciable rise in night temperatures 

Hyderabad: Even as mainly low-level North Easterlies/Easterlies prevailed over the State during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Monday, there was an appreciable rise in night temperatures ranging from 2.1 to 4 degrees Celsius at one or two places, according to a bulletin issued by the IMD. It said the temperatures were below normal by -1.6 to -3 degrees Celsius at one or two places. They were appreciably above normal by 3.1 to 5 degrees Celsius in some parts. The lowest minimum temperature of 10.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Adilabad.

The other temperatures registered elsewhere in the State were: Medak 11, Ramagundam 14.9, Bhadrachalam 15, Nizamabad 15.1, Hyderabad 15.5, Dundigal 15.7, Hakimpet 16, Hanamkonda 16.5, Nalgonda 17.4, Khammam 18.4 and Mahbubnagar 20. The forecast said the night temperatures during the period December 8 to 13 would be 15, 14, 14, 14,14 and 14 respectively. Partly cloudy sky with haze is the outlook.
