Telangana Covid-19 Update: A Total Of 921 New Positive Cases Get Added To The List In Last 24 Hours

Telangana on Tuesday registered 921 coronavirus positive cases and 1097 recoveries in the last 24 hours. While the total confirmed cases in the state went up to 2,65,049, the recoveries touched 2,52,565. With the death of 4 persons on Monday, the death toll reached 1437 and the active cases in the state are 11,047 out of which 8,720 are in home quarantine.

Around 42,740 samples were tested by the Government till 8 PM on Monday night out of which 921 turned positive. So far, 52,01,214 tests have been conducted by the Government.

Compared to yesterday, the Covid-19 positive cases have increased in the state. Telangana State is listing very few Covid-19 positive cases from a few days. But, from a couple of days, the positive cases are increasing and amid the GHMC Municipal elections, the rise in the positive cases has become a tension to the Government.

As said, the second wave of Coronavirus is active in the country, the capital city Delhi is facing the circumstances. Thus, we all need to be careful and step out wearing masks to stay away from this pandemic.
