Telangana faces new challenge as 43,000 migrants return said Eatala Rajender
Hyderabad: After the State opened doors for migrants and expats with roots in Telangana, a massive 43,000 people have returned so far. Of this 41, 805 came by road, 798 by flights and another 239 by trains. Elaborating these details, Health Minister Eatala Rajender said that return of the migrants and expats is the third challenge being faced by the Health department after foreign returnees and Markaz attendees challenges faced in last couple of months.
With lockdown relaxations, people are coming onto roads in big numbers. But they should strictly follow the rules such as wearing masks and maintaining physical distancing without fail. Corona can be controlled not only by the government's efforts but with active support from the people, Eatala stressed.
