Telangana High Court to hear petition on AP IAS, IPS officers working in the state
Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Friday hearing the Andhra Pradesh cadre IAS and IPS officers working in Telangana government on deputation.
A hearing will take place on the dispute over the cadre allocation of 12 All India Service officers.
High Court inquiry against 12 officials including IPS Anjani Kumar, Abhilash Bhist, Santosh Mehra, AV Ranganath, IASs Vani Prasad, Harikiran, Vakati Karuna, Ronald Ross, Anantharamu, Srijana, Sivashankar, Mallela Prashanthi
The High Court has already sent former Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to AP. These officials challenged Central orders in CAT in 2016 and the officials are continuing in Telangana.
Centre filed a petition in the High Court against the decision of the Tribunal.
The High Court will also conduct an inquiry into the seniority issue. The hearing will be led by the Chief Justice of the High Court.
Allocation of 12 All India Officers was transferred to the regular bench. On Friday, the Telangana High Court Division bench comprising of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice N TukaramJi heard on the dispute over the cadre allocation of 12 All India Service officers.
Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan opined that the Tribunal has passed separate Judgments. Each plea Will be heard separately.
Infact, all the bunch of petitions will be heard by a regular bench. Matter will be heard by regular bench on 27-01-2023.
