Telangana: Komatireddy Venkat Reddy demands land registrations without LRS
Congress senior leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy demanded the state government to hold land registrations without LRS. He lashed out at the Chief Minister for being ashamed of collecting the huge money through the Land Regularization Scheme (LRS). He said that the people would despise of the TRS government if LRS is not scrapped.
Reddy also asked the people not to go for LRS in the future and said that Congress party would continue to choke TRS party with struggles and protests.
"TRS government has caused inconvenience to the public by halting the registrations of properties by three months on the pretext of online registrations through Dharani Portal. However, the government has now returned to the old registration method," he said.
He also ridiculed the CM's announcement of wage hike is due to the ensuing graduates MLC constituency seats. "If the government is determined to work for the welfare of the employees, it should fill up all the job vacancies in the government departments in the state before the election," he added.
