Officials said the technical team began dismantling the servers from the old secretariat soon after the High Court gave nod to the demolition of existing secretariat on Monday. During the shifting process, internet connection with the main server was disconnected.

As no network was there, the registrar offices could not get access to the documents like mainly Encumbrance Certificates (ECs) and Completion Certificates (CC) in the registration process. Officials said that the network between main server and the registrar offices will be installed in a day or two. All services and operations will be resumed by Thursday. The officials of all sub registrar offices have been asked to stop issuing the documents until the internet service system was restored.
