Telangana: Sircilla student killed in Jalandhar road accident

A student hailing from Vemulawada of Sircilla district killed in road mishap in Jalandhar on late on Sunday night. Bonam Jaswanth Reddy, a student pursuing an engineering course at Lovely Professional University in Punjab was run over by a lorry. His death was instantaneous.

Jaswanth along with a girl went to Jalandhar on a two-wheeler was hit by the lorry on Sunday night around 11.30 pm. Jaswanth was dead on the spot while the girl escaped with minor injuries. Jaswanth is the son of Sudhakar Reddy and Shobha Rani.

On learning the mishap, Jaswanth parents rushed to Jalandhar on Monday morning. A case was registered by the police and an investigation is on.
