Telangana SSC exams from today
Patancheru: All arrangements have been completed for the SSC examinations commencing here on March 19, with 4,484 candidates appearing across 27 centres in five mandals.
Mandal Education Officer P P Rathod said here on Wednesday that the rule of the candidates being not allowed into the centres even if they come one minute late would 'not' be enforced. He stated it would be in the interest of students if they reach the centres half-an-hour before the scheduled time.
Rathod disclosed that the photocopy (Xerox) units located 100 metres near the centres have been ordered to be closed. Prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC would be imposed at the centres. There would be inspection by the flying/sitting squads to prevent copying.
In view of the summer, drinking water would be made available at the centres. Liquid hand-wash facility and sanitisers would be provided in view of the threat of Coronavirus. According to the MEO, the Regional Joint Director-Special Officer Vijayalakshmi would be the combined Medak district exam observer. Rathod advised the students to write the exam in a relaxed manner, after reaching the centres early.
