The programme was an exchange of good wishes between all political party leaders on the next day of Dasara festival.

The Telangana Governor asserted that people must respect the traditions being practised by other communities. She said that she was fortunate that she has been appointed as Telangana Governor and Dattatreya and Vidyasagar Rao are the guiding force to her. Tamilisai worried over growing western culture in the food habits adopted by new generations. "The excess consumption of burgers and pizzas is a cause for children facing vitamin and nutritional deficiency," she said. She warned parents to shift to ethnic cuisine for health life in the future.

Dattatreya exhorted people to stop using plastic and protect the environment from the threat of global warming and climate change. The objective of conduct of Alai Bhalai is to gather all leaders irrespective of their political affiliation at one place and propagate the importance of the festival. Bonalu and Bathukamma festivals brought international laurels to Telangana.

The former Union Minister called people to set aside their political and ideological differences and strive for the development of the country. Vidyasagar Rao stressed the need to take up a cultural revolution to safeguard domestic cultures from the treat of extinction under the influence of foreign traditions.
