Telangana Vaidya Garjana raises voice against NMC

Hyderabad: Junior doctors from Telangana are holding "Telangana Vaidya Garjana" at Indira Park as part of their protests against the new NMC set to replace the MCI.

Junior doctors from various state hospitals gathered at the venue and expressed their ire against the Centre for its decision which they said would seriously affect modern medicine. TJS chief Prof Kodandaram and members of various doctors associations visited the venue to express solidarity to the doctors fight.

Meanwhile, government doctors working in various tertiary, area, district hospitals held a brief protest holding banners in their respective hospitals. Patients visiting hospitals for OP treatments continue to face problems due to doctors strike
