Top cops supervising the Id-ul-Fitr prayers in three police Commissionerate limits

Tight security arrangements made at all Eidgah's and mosques in Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda police Commissionerate limits on Wednesday in view of special prayers offered by Muslims on Id-ul-fitr. City police made special arrangements at Eidgah Mir Alam, where lakhs of muslims perform special Id prayers every year. Higher police officials including Police Commissioner's supervising the prayers.

Since the timings of prayers are varying in different mosques and Eidgah's in three police Commissionerates, since from the morning hours at 5 am, police personeel deployed for the bandobust. Additional forces deployed in Old city and at Mecca Masjid for the peaceful completion of the prayers. Tight vigilance and surveillance is going on at

Madannapet, Saidabad, Qutub Shahi Tombs, Jalpally, Abids, Mallepally, AC Guards, First Lancers, Publuc Garden, Tank Bund, Chilkalguda, Sanathnagar, Rajendranagar, Shamshabad mosques and Eidgah's for peaceful prayers.

A special focus and high patrolling is going on in hyper sensitive and critical areas in old city and other places in the city outskirts.Bomb squad and dog squad pressed into service and metal detectors installed at each prayer house to take care of the anti social elements.
