Total discharged count crosses 1,000 mark in Telangana

Hyderabad: Telangana reported 41 new cases even as total discharged count crossed 1000 mark with ten patients sent home after recovery on Monday.

Among the total discharged count of 1002, 75 persons are of 60 years and above. While 60 of them are in 61 to 70 age group, the rest of the 15 are in 71 to 80 age group. As many as 85 children below 10 years of age were successfully treated and discharged by Gandhi Hospital.

The highest discharges of 233 were young adults (21 to 30 age group). Also, if we look at gender wise statistics, 663 males were discharged while females accounted 339.

The total positives rose to 1592 while no deaths were reported on Monday. Of the fresh cases, 26 are from GHMC limits while 12 are migrants and three cases are from Medchal-Malkajgiri district.

The migrants tally is increasing slowly everyday and as on Monday it stood at 69.
