Traffic curbs for CM's Iftar party tomorrow

Hyderabad: In view of the Iftar party hosted by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Sunday evening at LB Stadium on the occasion of State Formation Day, City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar imposed traffic restrictions and diversions in the city to ensure smooth flow of traffic on June 2.

If required as per the situation, from AR Petrol Pump Junction the traffic will not be allowed towards BJR Statue and will be diverted towards Nampally (through KLK Building) or Ravindra Bharati.

The vehicles coming from Abids and Gunfoundry will not be allowed towards BJR Statue and Basheer Bagh Junction and will be diverted at SBI Gunfoundry towards Chapel road.

The traffic coming from Basheer Bagh Junction and going towards GPO, Abids will be diverted at Basheer Bagh Junction towards Hyderguda and King Koti road.

The vehicles coming from Old MLA quarters towards Basheer Bagh will be diverted at Old MLA quarters towards Himayatnagar Y Junction.

Traffic coming from King Koti to Basheer Bagh via Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will be diverted at King Koti X Roads towards Tajmahal Hotel and Eden Garden.

Further the vehicles coming from Liberty towards Basheer Bagh Junction will be diverted at Liberty Junction towards Himayatnagar.

The police requested all the citizens to take alternate routes to their destinations to avoid any inconvenience.
