Traffic curbs in IT corridor in view of Airtel Marathon tomorrow

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad traffic police has issued traffic advisory and requested commuters to take alternative routes to avoid getting caught in traffic congestions and gridlocks in view of the Annual Airtel Hyderabad Marathon, 2019 on Sunday between 5 am and 12 pm.

The event will start from People's Plaza at Necklace Road and will end at Gachibowli Stadium. The marathon is for a span of 42 kilometres. The event involves full marathon and half marathon both starting from Necklace Road and a 10 km run starting from Hitex in Kothaguda.

Marathon route: Necklace road -Khairatabad Fly over – Raj Bhavan Road – Rajeev Gandhi Statue (Opposite direction) – CM Camp office – Panjagutta Fly Over – Sri Nagar Colony T Junction – Sagar Society Colony – NTR Bhavan – Jubilee Check Post – Peddamma Temple -Kavuri Hills X road left turn- Madhapur law and order PS – Avasa Hotel – Cyber Towers other side road left turn – Trident – Lemon Tree – Under pass near Mind space – IKEA – My Home Bhooja – Bio Diversity X road right turn – CP office Cyberabad – Gachibowli Fly over (right side) Indira nagar – Himagiri Hospital – IIIT Junction – WIPRO – right turn – Q City – Gowlidoddi – Gopanpally X road – right turn – HCU Western gate (backside)-in side HCU – Gate No.2 HCU right turn – Gachibowli Stadium.

The 10 kilometre route is: Hitex– NAC Main gate – Hitex Junction left turn – Shilparamam – right turn at Cyber Towers Junction other side road– KFC– Cyber Gateway – Cyber Pearl – Lemon Tree Hotel – Mind Space under pass – NCB/Bio-Diversity Junction – right turn – Telecom Nagar – Gachibowli Fly over – Indira nagar – IIIT Junction and Gachibowli stadium main gate.
