Trainee constable dies after being hit by train in Hyderabad

A youngster who cracked the constable exam died after being hit by a local train here at Vidyanagar on Monday. He was set to join the constable training from November 28.

Though the incident occurred on Monday, it came to light on Tuesday after his family members recognised him. Kalyan's betrothal was also scheduled on November 14.

Kalyan, a resident of Ambedkar Nagar of Ram Nagar division was residing with his parents Vijay Kumar and Vijaya Lakshmi, two brothers and a sister. His parents wailed that his son was awaiting a successful life with his selection for a constable post.

The police registered a case and are probing into it.
