TRS braces up for municipal polls in Kollapur municipality
Nagarkurnool: With municipal elections nearing fast, the TRS party unit led by Kollapur MLA Beeram Harshavardhan Reddy has started preparing the ground for the municipal elections in Kollapur municipality.
As part of this, Reddy while speaking at a meeting held at a private function hall in Kollapur on Wednesday, called upon party cadre to be ready for the municipal elections and added that every TRS worker must work like a soldier for party's victory.
The meeting was attended by all the TRS party leaders and 20 TRS ward members from Kollapur municipality limits. "Kollapur municipality is once again getting ready for hoisting the pink flag. This time, TRS workers will again work hard and win the municipal elections and we have decided to give this win as a gift to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao," said the MLA.
The MLA further added that the State government has already charted out an action plan to make Kollapur into a State-level tourist destination and accordingly, many steps are being taken to improve various facilities in and around Kollapur. He also said that every TRS activist must ensure that all the government schemes are reaching the poor in the constituency. If there are any problems and issues, he directed the party activists to bring them to his notice so that those issues could be resolved at the earliest.
The MLA also promised that all the promises he made during the elections would be fulfilled and he said he will not rest until Kollapur and its people receive the fruits of development. He urged the people to once again support the TRS party in the elections and help win the municipal elections to take up the development at a faster pace.
