TRS govt to provide best medical service to poor: ZP chief Vijaya

Huzurabad: Karimnagar Zilla Parishad Chairperson Kanumalla Vijaya said the government is providing financial aid to the poor for medical treatment.

She handed over a cheque for Rs 55 lakhs from CM Relief Fund to about 160 beneficiaries at the camp office of Health Minister Eatala Rajendar in Huzurabad on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, she said that the government is putting a lot of effort on every individual's health care as part of Bangaru Telangana initiative. Health Minister E Rajender is striving to make corporate medical care available to every poor in Government Hospitals. He conducted review meetings on the management of government hospitals across the State and on providing good medical care in the hospitals, she added.

Meanwhile, the TRS government, which had already made revolutionary changes in education sector, is giving top priority to medical care, Vijaya said. She added that the only aim of the government is to provide expensive medicinal care to the weaker sections present across the State.

TRS State assistant secretary Banda Srinivas, Huzurabad MPP Irumalla Rani Surender, ZPTC Bakka Reddy, TRS Urban president Kolipaka Srinivas and former chairman of Jammikunta Market Committee Pingali Ramesh were also present.
