TRS keen to give good governance: Eatala

Peddapalli: Aimed to take the governance to the people, the TRS government had re-organised districts and formed new districts, said Health Minister Eatala Rajendar.

He along with Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar laid foundation stone for Collectorate complex building and inaugurated of Collector's camp office building and Joint Collector building in Peddapalli on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, Health Minister Eatala Rajendar said after forming new districts, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is taking all required measures to provide all basic facilities in the newly formed districts, so that ruling could be done in accordance with the convenience of the people.

As part of that, complex Collectorate buildings are going to be constructed in the newly formed districts. The government is constructing a new complex Collectorate building in Peddapalli with an expenditure of Rs 33 crores in about 23 acres. The works are in the final stage and will be completed very soon. Under the leadership of the CM, the State is becoming a role model to other States across the country. Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation project was completed within three years of time and its fruitful results could be experienced from this year onwards. By supplying irrigation water to farmers, the entire State is going to be fertile and will be called in future as Annapurna State, Minister Rajender added.

Health Minister Rajendar congratulated Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar for completing the Collector's camp office and Joint Collector building in record time and said that it would be very convenient for the people if all the government buildings with various departments are present at one place.

District Collector Devasena, ZP chairperson Tula Uma, Joint Collector Vanaja Devi, MLA Dasari Manohar Reddy, Ramagundam MLA K Chander, MLC Naradasu Laxman Rao, Bhanu Prasad, Libraries department Chairman Raghuveer Singh and former MLA Putta Madhu were present along with others.
