To get approval for new buildings construction, the Telangana government will be launching TS bpass website on April 2. People who want to construct houses below 600 yards can get approval from the website without paying any single penny, said Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao.

Meanwhile, construction of houses in 75 yards does not need any permission, the minister added. He also said that constructions that are being carried out violating the rules will be demolished along with a fine.

"A corporation meeting will be held once in a month while the division meeting will be held every three months. The officials have to ensure the reduction of plastic and promote the use of Jute bags," said KTR.

He also asked the officials to maintain cleanliness by developing parks, removal of plastic bags and garbage from open places. KTR also asked to prepare a plan for Haritha Haram in every division and make sure that 80 per cent of the plants are alive. Failure to safeguard the Haritha Haram plants will lead to the removal of corporators from their duties, the minister warned.
