TSCHE releases TSPECET-2019 results
Hyderabad: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) Chairman Prof T Papi Reddy said that out of 3,934 candidates who appeared for the Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test-2019 (TSPECET-2019) 97.51 have been qualified.
He announced the results at a media conference along with Prof Kahaza Altaf Hussain, Vice-Chancellor, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, who is also the Chairman TS PECET-2019 and TSPECET-2019 Convenor Prof V Satyanarayana, professor of Physical Education, Osmania University, here on Monday.
Prof Papi Reddy said a total of 5,678 candidates have applied for the common entrance examination for taking admission into Bachelor of Physical Education (BP Ed) and Diploma in Physical Education (DP Ed) courses.
Out of this, 3,934 candidates attended the examination, while 2,038 qualified for the BP Ed, 1,798 qualified for DP Ed courses in the common entrance examinations, and a total of 3,836 (97.51 per cent) of candidates qualified in the examination.
Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda had conducted the TSPECET-2019 in two spells from May 15 to 21 for men and May 24 to 26 for women at the MGU grounds, he said.
Prof Khan said that the qualified candidates can download their rank cards from May 29, from the TSPECET-2019 website www.pecet.tsche.ac.in.
The counselling schedule will be announced as per the directions of the TSCHE and TSPECET-2019 Admission Committee, he added.
Notification of web counselling schedule will be released through website i.e., www.pecet.tsche.ac.in.
The list of colleges will be placed on the website after obtaining the approved list of colleges from the respective universities, he said.
