Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has been accorded permission to operate the buses across all the districts in the state except to the containment zones. The decision comes after the centre issued the guidelines permitting the state government to run buses within the state.

Meanwhile, the TSRTC will permit the employees to join the duties after they are thermally screened. A detailed report to the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today evening. The RTC buses which confined to the depots will hit the roads after two months.

It is learned that the buses are permitted to JBS in Hyderabad and no permission has been given to the buses coming from MGBS. And buses proceeding to Warangal will be run from Uppal and towards Nalgonda will be run through LB Nagar. Buses, heading to Mahbubnagar may be run via Aramghar.

On the other hand, the ticket prices are also likely to go high once again in the view of the losses incurred to TSRTC due to lockdown. However, the government is yet to decide on inter-state transport.
