Two families fight during wedding function in Suryapet

Suryapet: A wedding function which is supposed to be a happy going event with relatives and friends, has become like a battlefield. A small conflict has turned into a big fight between the family members of the bridegroom and bride. The two groups attacked each other with chairs and sticks. This incident that happened at Kodad in Suryapet, and comes into light when the video has gone viral on social media.

Going into details, A girl from Prakasam district got married to a man who belongs to Kodad here in the district. After completing the marriage at boy's house, the bride's family members were getting ready to take the new couple to Prakasam district.

However, the relatives of the bridegroom insisted to conduct Barat along with DJ. But the bride's family didn't agree as there was no time because the newlywed couple has to travel a long distance.

As they were leaving for Prakasam district, the boy's family members stopped them, which resulted in a heated argument between them. With this, the clash broke out between two groups and attacked each other with chairs and sticks.

In the attack, many sustained injuries and the victims were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Later, it said that the elders of the two families entered and sorted out the issue. The complete details of the incident are yet to be known.
