Two men bludgeoned to death in Kamareddy
Two people were killed after being hit with stones by unknown assailants here in Kamareddy. The bodies were found by the locals at Gumasta colony on Friday morning who alerted the police. The deceased were identified as Vadla Sudhakar (45), an RMP doctor and Koyala Lakshmaiah (60), a portar.
According to the police, the victims consumed liquor on Thursday night along with a few other people in Gumasta colony. An argument is said to have erupted between the two groups following which the assailants hit the two persons on their heads in a fit of rage.
Kamareddy police reached the spot and launched an investigation. The police recovered the liquor bottles found near the dead bodies. A case has been registered.
On June 8, a degree student was allegedly killed in Jogulamba Gadwal district by her parents after they found their daughter is pregnant. According to the police, the parents used a pillow to throttle their daughter and killed her. Later on, they tried to depict it natural death due to sudden cardiac arrest.
