Mellacheruvu: Along with Ministers G Jagadish Reddy and Y Dayakar Rao, TPCC chief and Nalgonda MP N Uttam Kumar Reddy participated in 30-day Special Action Plan at Mellacheruvu mandal headquarter in the district on Tuesday.

Speaking on this occasion, Uttam Kumar Reddy expressed his concern over the violation of protocol, and he brought the same to the notice of the two Ministers. Stating that Jagadish Reddy and Dayakar Rao are close associates of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, he urged them to take measure for the welfare of the people He said majority of farmers did not get Rythu Bandu cheques. He demanded that the government fulfil its election promise of waiving crop loans.

Meanwhile, expressing their solidarity with the government's 3o-day special action plan, the management of Maha Cements donated 4.5 acres of land for establishing dumping yard and burial ground in Mellacheruvu.

Mellacheruvu resident, Dr Janardhan Reddy, came forward and announced Rs 10 Lakh donation for the construction of proposed burial ground in the village. Ministers Jagadish Reddy and Dayakar Rao appreciated the noble gesture of Maha Cements and Dr Janardhan Reddy and felicitated them with shawls at the meeting. ZP Chairperson Gujja Deepika , MP Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, villagers and TRS local leaders were present.
