Vanteru Prathap Reddy inspects Pattana Pragathi in Gajwel
Gajwel: Telangana State Forest Development Corporation chairman Vanteru Prathap Reddy inspected several colonies in the town and spoke to the public on the occasion of 'Pattana Pragathi' programme on Sunday. Like our homes, our colonies and our villages should also be maintained with neat and clean, said the chairman. He distributed dustbins for wet and dry waste in Sangapur.
Vanteru said that it is a wonderful program designed by our Chief Minister KCR to turn the state a healthy and happy Telangana. 'Palle Pragathi' and 'Pattana Pragathi' programmes would continue. "If we want our villages to be good, and we want to be healthy, our surroundings must be good. That is why the CM has designed several programmes like Haritha Haram and implementing them." The chairman said.
"Issues in colonial should be communicated to the public representatives and officials in the town. There are laws to penalise the offenders who spoil the colony. Through this programme, towns should be well maintained, and people, public representatives and officials should be invited to become partners in the event." He added.
The event was attended by 5th Ward Councilor Shyamala Mallesham and TRS party leaders, activists, ward members and others.
