Vepalasingaram sanitises environs to contain vector breeding in Suryapet

Suryapet: The gram panchayat officials of Vepalasingaram of Suraypet district sprayed bleaching powder in drainages, water tanks and wells on Monday to contain the breeding of mosquitoes and other disease-spreading vectors and to keep villagers away from falling prey to seasonal diseases and viral fevers.

Speaking on the occasion, Sarpanch Shirisha advised all the villagers to maintain cleanliness in and around the residences to save themselves from seasonal diseases.
