VHP asks government to provide security for advocate Karuna Sagar

Hyderabad: Vishwa Hindu Parishad on Friday demanded the government to provide adequate security to advocate Kashimshetty Karuna Sagar in wake of threats by terror elements.

VHP president M Rama Raju said that advocate Karuna Sagar has been getting threatening calls from the terrorists. Some of the elements have taken up recce near his house. Karuna Sagar has been in news for filing cases against AIMIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi for his hate speeches. In the latest Court has directed the Saidabad police to bookcase against junior Owaisi as per the case filed by Karuna Sagar.

Rama Raju said about 15 FIRs have been filed on the death threats on Karuna Sagar. The government will have to take responsibility if anything happens to Karuna Sagar. The government should provide adequate security to the advocate, said Rama Raju.
