Vikarabad Municipal chairperson Manjula assures to ensure development at brisk pace
Vikarabad: Municipal chairperson Chigullapalli Manjula Ramesh on Thursday said she would strive for the development of Vikarabad municipality in all aspects. She took part in an orientation programme for newly elected chairpersons of Municipalities organised by Telangana State Finance Commission at Vishweshwarayya Bhavan in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Manjula said that although she was new to politics, but she was confident of taking up development activities with the help of senior leaders. She said devotees in large numbers throng Ananta Padmanaba Swamy Temple. "It can become a good tourist attraction," she added. She criticised the previous municipal council for not concentrating on cleanliness.
She lauded Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for providing able administration.
