Will further intensify RTC strike: Narayana

CPI leader Narayana said that they will further intensify the strike. "The authorities have snatched the mobile phones of the RTC employees when they attended for talks," he said.

Speaking to media on Sunday, he asked the government to discuss thoroughly if the demands of RTC employees are fulfilled or not. The RTC has around Rs 70-80 crore assets and the government is trying to give false signals to the court by stating that the employees are cooperating to the discussions.

Meanwhile, the indefinite strike staged by the CPI state assistant secretary K Sambashiva Rao along with other eight leaders continued for the second day.
