Will launch indefinite fast in Huzurnagar: TPCC chief

Suryapet: TPCC chief and Nalgonda MP N Uttam Kumar Reddy has announced that a mass indefinite fast will be launched at Huzurnagar within two days against the police for misusing their powers and filing false cases against the Congress cadre in Huzurnagar and in other constituencies across the State. On Monday, speaking to media here, the TPCC chief stated that Minister G Jagadish Reddy is encouraging violence in Huzurnagar constituency in order to win the Assembly seat in the forthcoming byelection.

He exuded confidence that the Congress will retain the Huzurnagar seat even if Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao spends his whole time in the constituency. He expressed his concern over TRS leaders threatening cadre of other political parties. DCC president Cheviti Venkanna and district party leaders were present.
