Will strive for growth of party, says Naveen Rao

Hyderabad: Newly elected member of Legislative Council from TRS K Naveen Rao on Friday said he would work with commitment and strive for the growth of the party.

Naveen Rao received the winning certificate from the returning officer, Legislature Secretary Narasimha Charyulu after he was elected unopposed under the MLA quota.

Naveen Rao paid tributes at the Martyrs' Memorial near Gun Park opposite the Assembly premises. Rao also thanked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for giving him an opportunity as MLC under the MLA quota.

"I will contribute for the growth of the party with responsibility. I thank all who have supported my election," said Naveen Rao.
