Woman goes to collect beedi leaves, gets attacked by bear

Kamareddy: The tribal woman was injured severely and was rushed to Hyderabad. The bear attacked her in Yellampet forest area when Bukya Manusha (40) and some other women were collecting beedi leaves.

Locals rushed to the location and pelted stones on the bear when it was attacking her. Post the attack, the wild animal retreated into the forest. Her condition is said to be critical.
