Woman killed in Hyderabad, gold ornaments looted

In a tragic incident unidentified assailants killed a woman and absconded with 10 tulas gold ornaments. The deceased identified as S Balamani (80).

According to police, the incident occurred in Nedunur village under Kandukur mandal. The assailants threw the victim's body at the outskirts of village and fled from the spot. On receipt of information police rushed to the spot and collected clues.

They are verifying CCTV footage to identify the culprits. After registering a case police took up investigation. More details are awaited.
