Work like soldiers: Eatala tells party cadre
Karimnagar: The party leaders and cadre must work like soldiers to ensure victory in Parliament elections with a bumper majority to B Vinod Kumar, ordered Health Minister Eatala Rajendar.
The TRS constituency-level meeting was held at Padmanayaka Kalyana Mandapam here on Monday under the leadership of local MLA Gangula Kamalakar.
Eatala, the chief guest at o the meeting, said the TRS is very strong in the State and directed the party cadre to give wide publicity to the various schemes, being implemented by the government, during election campaign.
The coming LS elections are very prestigious to the TRS as it has determined to win all the 16 LS seats and for that the party leaders and cadre must strive hard, he said.
They must work hard for giving bumper majority to B Vinod Kumar, who is contesting from Karimnagar Parliament constituency and must send him to the parliament for the second time.
In previous elections, all the Opposition parties formed Maha Kutami and were restricted to social media platforms only, he pointed out.
TRS Karimnagar LS candidate B Vinod Kumar said that due to the pressure exerted on the Central government by participating in various discussions in the parliament, Telangana was able to get clearance and permission for various projects that were taken up across the State.
The Telangana MPs played key role in sanctioning various national highways in the State along with inclusion of Karimnagar under Smart City list.
They were also responsible for sanctioning separate High Court for Telangana, he added.
"Karimnagar people are always with the TRS and hope they will extend the same in coming elections.
If TRS wins all the 16 LS seats, it will get unique identity in the Parliament and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will play crucial role in the national politics through federal front," Vinod Kumar stated.
MLC Naradasu Laxman Rao, SUDA chairman GV Ramakrishna Rao, ZP chairperson Tula Uma, Minorities Corporation chairman Akbar Hussain, city Mayor Ravinder Singh, Deputy Mayor Ramesh, former MLA Satyanarayana Goud, ZPTC A Srinivas, MPP V Ramesh were present along with others.
