Wrong policies of Centre ruined economy: Congress in Nalgonda

Nalgonda: Senior Congress leader A Chandrashekar on Wednesday stated that country's economic condition worsened due to the bad policies of the Central government.

Addressing the media persons in Nalgonda, the former minister said protest demonstration will be held before the district Collectorate on November 8(Friday) against the State and Central governments' anti-people policies. He said imports from other countries and GST ruined the national economy.

He expressed his concern over the murder of MRO Vijaya Reddy and added that the government has to take responsibility for the incident.

Government cleansing of land records created new problems to farmers and increased work pressure on the revenue staff, he added.

He fired salvos at CM KCR over his adamant attitude towards agitating RTC workers. He said that the State government is trying to mislead the High court with wrong reports, and added that KCR will get suitable punishment in the people's court in the coming days.

In the press meet, Congress leaders leaders Rapolu Jaya Prakash, Gummala Mohan Reddy, ZPTC Vanguri Laxmaiah and others were present.
