TDP leader Mastan Rao joins YSRCP in Guntur
Senior TDP leader from Nellore district and former MLA Beeda Mastan Rao joined YSRCP in the presence of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Tadepalli in Guntur district on Saturday.
Amaravati: Senior TDP leader from Nellore district and former MLA Beeda Mastan Rao joined YSRCP in the presence of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Tadepalli in Guntur district on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, Mastan Rao said he had decided to join the YSRCP as he was impressed with the policies introduced by Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
'I am impressed with the policies and administration of Jagan and joined the YSRCP. I see the Chief Minister is the future of our State,' he said after joining the party. He said the welfare schemes being implemented by the Chief Minister were beneficial to the poorer sections. Within a period of six months, Jagan has implemented 80 per cent of his poll promises.
He has been treating the party manifesto as a holy book, Mastan Rao observed. YSRCP MP V Vijayasai Reddy, Water Resources Minister P Anil Kumar Yadav and others were present.
