1,000 students take part in Swachh Pakhwada Walkthon
Over 1,000 students from ASD Government College participated in an awareness conducted by ONGC as part of Swachh Pakhwada Walkthon here on Thursday.
Kakinada: Over 1,000 students from ASD Government College participated in an awareness conducted by ONGC as part of Swachh Pakhwada Walkthon here on Thursday. The programme was organised to create awareness among people on cleanliness as part of Swarth Bharat Mission on Degree College and GPT College.
The Walkthon was flagged off by Mayor Sunkara Pavani, Arvind Morbale, Executive Director, Asset Manager, EOA, ONGC, senior officials of ONGC, started from ASD College and passed through Jagannathpuram Bridge. On the occasion, Arvind Morbale, ED -Asset Manager of EOA, stated ONGC is taking part in cleanliness drive in beaches, operational areas and to make Smart City, Kakinada Clean & Green by including all local citizens and students of schools/colleges.
