10.96 lakh applications received for AP Grama Sachivalayam notification 2020

Recently, the government has issued notification for 16,208 Grama and Ward secretariat posts on January 2020, where so far 10.96 lakh candidates have applied for the jobs.
As the government has completed the first phase of Grama and Ward secretariat recruitment without any scope of corruption, the aspirants for these posts has increased. For 2019 notification of 1,26,728 posts, nearly 21,69,719 applications had been received.
On January 10th, the government has released the notification for 16,208 Grama and Ward Sachivalayam jobs. The interested candidates can apply for the posts through online till the midnight of February 7th.
According to the Panchayati Raj department, nearly 10,96,740 applications have been received. For the notification issued for 1,025 posts under Category-I of Grade - 4 Panchayat Secretary, Women Police, Education Assistant, and Ward Administrative Secretary, almost 4,53,531 candidates have applied for the jobs.
For 1,134 Digital Assistant posts, nearly 2,22,409 applications received, for 1,501 VRO, Village Surveyor posts received 1,13,201 applications. For 6,858 Animal Husbandry Assistant posts, 44,691 candidates have applied so far.
