The ACB court in Hyderabad has heard the petition filed by Lakshmi Parvathi against the former chief minister Chandrababu in connection with possessing assets beyond his income. The Telugu Academy chairperson sought a comprehensive investigation in the case. She presented the details of Chandrababu's stay vacation.

She questioned how he could obtain a stay from the High Court before the case was registered. "Babu who took Rs 300 as an MLA for the first time has earned a huge sum of assets," Lakshmi Parvati alleged. She asked the court to order a comprehensive inquiry into Chandrababu's assets.

However, Babu's Lawyer told the court that the case is already pending in the High Court. The ACB court has made it clear that they would examine the stay order issued by the high court and adjourned the hearing to February 14.
