Tadipatri MLA Kethireddy Peddareddy's driver Ramana and his followers Obula Reddy, Keshava Reddy, Uppalapadu Ravi and Baba were arrested by the police on Wednesday. It is likely that JC Prabhakar Reddy will also be arrested by the evening. The district police have confirmed the latest arrests.

It is learnt that there were serious clashes between former MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy and local MLA Kethireddy Peddareddy in Tadipatri. The two factions pelted each other with stones. Leaders of both the parties have also lodged a complaint with the police over the incident. However, a war of words has been raging between Peddareddy and JC Prabhakar Reddy since the clash.
