Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched judicial preview website and its logo at his residence at Tadepalli in Guntur district on Monday.

Amaravati: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched judicial preview website and its logo at his residence at Tadepalli in Guntur district on Monday. The URL of the website is judicialpreview.ap.gov.in.

State Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act 2019, enacted by the Andhra Pradesh government has come into existence on August 14, 2019. The judicial preview is expected in delivering transparency in tenders for infrastructure projects in the state.

In accordance with this, all the documents related to any infrastructure project worth Rs. 100 crore or more than that should be submitted before the Judicial Review Committee.










The motto of establishing this committee is to utilize all the government's resources in a suitable manner and deliver transparency in governance.

The government will upload all the tenders documents on the website for public reactions and suggestions. The committee could consider the public suggestions if it thinks that the suggestions or objections suitable. Based on the approval of the committee, the government will complete the tenders procedure.

Justice Dr B Siva Shankara Rao, head of Judicial Preview Committee, Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam, Principal Advisor to Chief Minister Ajay Kallam, Principal Secretary Rajath Bhargava, Commissioner and Inspector General for Stamps and Registration Department Siddarth Jain, Advocate General S Sriram, Joint Director, AP Industries LV Patel, APIIC Deputy Zonal Manager, Guntur Y Sharath Babu and others were present in this event.
