The YSRCP government in Andhra Pradesh headed by chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has issued a GO about the granting of the residential lands to the poor people as part of the Navaratnalu scheme in Krishna and Guntur district. The government in it directives stated that lands would be allocated for the eligible beneficiaries in the Vijayawada city limits including Tadepalli, Pedakakani, Mangalagiri and Duggirala.
A total of 54,307 people have been allocated 1251.5 acres. The order states that the beneficiaries have been allocated the lands ar Nauluru, Krishnayapalem, Nidamarru, Ainavolu, Kurugal and Mandadam respectively.
