AP Govt To Credit Salaries To Grama Volunteers On October 1

The government gave good news to the newly appointed village/ward volunteers in the state.

The government gave good news to the newly appointed village/ward volunteers in the state. They will be credited with salaries in their bank accounts on October 1. Minister Peddi Reddy Ramachandra Reddy said in a statement.

Approximately 1,85,525 persons have completed the recruitment process out of 1,92,848 and 1,50,661 will be issued salaries.

Since they were all appointed on August 15, Minister Peddi Reddy said that the amount payable till September 30 would be deposited in their bank accounts on October 1.

However, some of the relevant documents have not received from Volunteers. They will be credited salaries in the first week of October. The Volunteers will receive a sum of Rs. 7500.
