Awards of Excellence presented to girl students
Rohit Memorial Trust presented Awards of Excellence to meritorious girl students belonging to weaker sections under its mentorship programme on Saturday.
Visakhapatnam: Rohit Memorial Trust presented Awards of Excellence to meritorious girl students belonging to weaker sections under its mentorship programme on Saturday. This initiative titled as 'Project Girl' aims at educating girl students from underprivileged backgrounds.
The Awards of Excellence were presented by Managing Trustee and Medical Director Sneha Sandhya Age Care Foundation N S Raju, who attended the presentation ceremony as chief guest. Tabu Sameera of AU English Medium School, P Nandini of Dolphin School, P Niharika of Oxford School, P Sonali Dikshita of Oxford School, T Pujitha of Government Women's College bagged the awards.
Director of Olivet School, Sheila Jackson, Founder-Bharathi Hospitals B. Sita Kalyani, were the guests of honour. This apart, the trust appointed two children -- Sharanya Mudundi and Shivika Joshi as its brand ambassadors. The event was attended by trust chairman G Anantram, among others.
